MEGA WALK

Supporting The Acorn Project Hawke’s Bay - Sunday 10th November 2024.

We are so proud that many of our team completed the 16th MEGAwalk to raise money for young people and their families in Hawke’s Bay living with cancer.

The Acorn Project provides a wraparound support service for young people 12 - 24 years. Support is tailored to the individual needs of the member and will include 1-1 face to face Youth Worker support, peer to peer support with other local members and monthly activities. The Acorn Project believes that 12 - 24-year-old young people living in Hawkes Bay deserve the opportunity to access the type of cancer support that best suits their needs, which makes them feel visible, empowers them to make decisions and choices about their future.

Our team were spotted recently supporting the Central Hawke’s Bay Rugby Club and AMP showgrounds by fixing their entrance and carpark potholes. The presidents of both associations jumped into the photos with our crew who were super proud as always to support their local community (October 2024).

Our team had a fantastic day at Mitre 10 Mega Napier on the 16th of October 2024. We met lots of great customers who were able to buy NO MORE POTHOLES, find out more about our simple four step application and enter our competition to win free product. Watch out for pics of our winners coming soon!
